(1) In accordance with Subsection 58-55-302(1)(c), the qualifier for an applicant for licensure as a contractor or the qualifier for an applicant for licensure as a construction trades instruction facility shall pass the following examinations: (a) the Utah Contractor Business - Law Examination; and (b) an approved trade classification specific examination, where required in Subsection (2).
